What if I lose my receipt?
The promotional offer can only be redeemed with the information on the receipt. Unfortunately, if you lose the receipt, the offer cannot be redeemed.
How can I tell if my redemption was successful?
You will receive an email with your promotional credit details. If your receipt cannot be approved, you will be notified at the email address provided.
What happens if I am not approved for a Fold (or custodial) account?
U.S. regulations prohibit us from providing bitcoin to anyone who has not been approved for a Fold and bitcoin custody account.
