Fold allows you to earn bitcoin as cashback when you shop at retailers.
You can sign up for a Fold Card, and earn bitcoin on everyday transactions. (We are currently in beta for the Fold Card. Join the waitlist to be notified when more spots are open.)
You can also buy gift cards with your credit card, debit card, or bitcoin and receive bitcoin rewards. Once you’ve made your payment, you can find your brand-specific gift card barcode or code in the “Gift Cards” section of the Fold App.
Depending on the brand, gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store. When you’re ready to use a gift card in-store, select the card you’d like to use on your phone and scan the barcode in store at the register or input the alphanumeric code at checkout to complete the payment. If the retailer isn’t able to scan the barcode on your phone, they can enter the numeric code accessible in the card details menu.
