What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you believe there is an unauthorized charge on your Fold Card, you can temporarily freeze it in the app while you investigate further. This option can be found under:

 

Account tab → Manage Card → Freeze Card.

 

If you believe your card info has been compromised or if you have lost your card, please call our toll-free number, 1-866-FOLDAPP (1-866-365-3277) and select #1, and then the option "Report my card as lost or stolen."  This will terminate your current card and order a new card to your billing address. 

 

Please submit a ticket to report any unauthorized charges that should be disputed or to be issued a temporary virtual card while your new physical card is shipping.
