How do I know if I have reached the limit for 5% rewards on Amazon for the month?

The Amazon limits are based on calendar month, and the additional discount will apply to the brand "Amazon (Fold Card)" on the Shop tab.  The limits are:

Premium - $500/month
Intro - $250/month

Once you have purchased your limit for the month, the brand will show as out of stock on the Shop tab.
