My screen shows a different spinwheel prize than what was awarded

Every action that takes place on the Fold app is recorded by our system, including spins and individual prizes won. In the rare event that a screen freezes, or experiences any other kind of graphical error, we will always default to what is shown in our system logs when providing rewards.

Since there are several factors outside our control which may interfere with a user's mobile device, should another app, network connection, hardware failure or service impact how images are displayed on a screen, we can only pay out what is recorded by our servers.
