My ACH transfer failed

There are a number of possible root causes for a USD transfer failure. If your ACH transfer failed, please contact support@foldapp.com with the following details:

  • The date the transfer was initiated
  • The amount the transfer was for
  • If it was a deposit or withdrawal
  • The name of the external bank you were transferring funds to or from
