What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you believe there is an unauthorized charge on your Fold Card, you can temporarily freeze it in the app while you investigate further. This option can be found by following these steps:

  1. Open the Fold app
  2. Tap the Menu hamburger in the top left corner
  3. Tap the toggle next to Lock debit card

 

OR

  1. Open the Fold app
  2. Select Cash
  3. Tap View card details in the bottom left corner of the card image
  4. Tap Lock

 

If these instructions do not match the options visible in your current version of the Fold app, please follow our standard troubleshooting steps to ensure you are getting the most up-to-date experience in the app!

 

If you believe your card details have been compromised or if you have lost your card, please follow these steps:

  1. Call our toll-free phone number, 1-866-FOLDAPP (1-866-365-3277)
  2. Select #1
  3. Select the option "Report my card as lost or stolen." This will terminate your current card and order a new card to your billing address. 

 

Please email us at support@foldapp.com to report any unauthorized charges that should be disputed, or to be issued a temporary virtual card while your new physical card is shipping.
