How do I set up a PIN for my Fold Debit Card?

If you need to set up a PIN for your Fold Debit Card, please follow these steps:

  1. Call our toll-free phone number: 1-866-FOLDAPP (365-3277),
  2. Choose #1 (to activate your Fold Debit Card, report it lost or stolen, check your Fold Debit 
    Card balance or spending limits, or to change your Fold Debit Card PIN),
  3. Then choose #4 to change your PIN

You will want to make sure you have your 16-digit card number readily accessible to verify your account.

 

Please note: You may be unable to create a PIN for a temporary virtual card. You will only be able to create a PIN for your physical card, after it has been activated.
