Standard troubleshooting steps

If something isn't working properly in the Fold app (sorry!) -- please try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the app store to see if there's an available update -- our current app version is 200.34.0. If so, please download it and try again.
  2. Force close and relaunch the app. You may need to log out and reboot your phone if that doesn't work.
  3. Reinstall the Fold app. You may need to restart the app several times after the fresh install to receive all new Over the Air (OTA) updates.

    If the above steps did not resolve the issue, please contact support@foldapp.com, and let us know what the issue you're experiencing is, and that the above steps didn't resolve the issue, and we'd be happy to investigate further!
