How do Spin Squads work?
Refer a friend to the Fold App (using your referral link) and we'll give them $20 in bitcoin after they complete their first $25+ Fold transaction. You'll also receive $20 in bitcoin! Plus, you can earn from 1-50 sats randomly every time they make a Qualifying Purchase with their Fold Card!
All personal and purchase data is kept confidential and anonymous so that you retain your privacy while stacking sats.
Who is on my Spin Squad?
Any Fold user who used your referral link to sign up for the Fold App is a member of your Spin Squad.
You can see how many users you've referred to Fold, and therefore are in your Spin Squad, by following these steps:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap the menu hamburger in the top left corner
- Tap Invite friends, get bitcoin
- In the yellow header you should see how many users and how many cardholders you've referred

How do I earn rewards?
Members of your Spin Squad who have signed up for either the Fold or Fold+ Card will earn you rewards every time they make a Qualifying Purchase with their Fold Card.

What is a Qualifying Purchase?
A Qualifying Purchase is defined in our Terms, but is basically a Fold Prepaid Debit Card transaction that earns rewards.
What is "sats earned" on the Spin squad page?
This is the total amount of Spin Squad Rewards earned from the members of your Spin Squad who made Qualifying Purchases with their Fold Cards. It does not include referral bonuses for signing-up.
When can I withdraw my Spin Squad Rewards?
Rewards earned from your Spin Squad are available for immediate withdrawal (as long as the total amount of sats to be withdrawn meets the 30k minimum).
What are the limits on Spin Squad Rewards?
No caps! Currently, there are no limits on the total rewards eligible to be earned from individual members of your Spin Squad, and there are no limits on the total amount of rewards eligible to be earned from your entire Spin Squad (see below for 1-year rule).
How often do my Spin Squad Rewards update?
Your Spin Squad Rewards (aka "sats earned") update in real-time; pull down the page to refresh and watch your rewards add up!
For how long will I be able to earn Spin Squad Rewards?
You are eligible to receive Spin Squad Rewards for either 1 year after your referral signs up for the Fold Card.
Troubleshooting
I referred someone, and they are not in my squad. What do I do?
You are only able to earn Spin Squad rewards for Users who signed up for the Fold App using your personalized referral link. Sorry, if someone signed up for a Fold app account without using your link, we are unable to add them to your Spin Squad.
