We currently batch rewards withdrawals together once a week on Tuesday morning because we don't charge our users network fees on these transactions.
You should see your rewards deposited by Wednesday morning at the latest, depending on network congestion. If it hasn't arrived by then, please review the details of the rewards withdrawal you submitted in the app. If the transaction was processed, there will be a Transaction ID with a link out to the transaction on mempool, as shown below:
To get to this view, please follow these steps:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap the Clock icon in the top right corner to pull up the Transactions screen
- Tap the beige Rewards button
- Locate the Rewards withdrawal transaction in question, and tap on it to pull up more details
