How long does it take to receive my gift card?

You should be able to access the gift card you purchased via Fold as soon as your payment has finished processing.

 

To locate your gift card in the Fold app, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Fold app
  2. Select the Gift Cards tab
  3. At the top of the screen, tap Gift cards
  4. Under My gift cards, you should see your recently purchased, active gift card(s)

 

Purchased gift cards are sorted by the time of purchase, with the newest card at the top of the page.  You can hide spent cards with the Archive Card option.

 

If you chose to send the gift card as a gift while checking out, from the Gift Cards tab, please follow these instructions:

  1. At the top of the screen, tap Gift cards
  2. Under My gift cards, tap Gifted
  3. You should see your gifted gift card on the next screen
