What is an active account?
An active account is an account that has had at least one action in the app within the past 12 months.
How do I keep my account active?
You can keep your account active by doing any of the following:
- Deposit funds into your fold account
- Spin the wheel
- Buy bitcoin
- Buy a gift card
- Use your Fold Debit Card
- Make an ACH Bill Payment
Why should I keep my account active?
If you don't keep your account active, we will clawback 1 million sats per month from your rewards balance until it reaches 0. It will never go negative.
Will I be notified?
Yes, we will notify you via email if you've been inactive and let you know when we will start clawing back the rewards.
