If you need or want to lock your Fold Bitcoin Credit Card, either as a way to keep your account secure, or if you've identified suspicious activity on your card or account, there are three ways you can do this:
In-app option #1
- Open the Fold app
- Tap the menu hamburger in the top left corner
- Scroll down to the Credit heading
- Tap the Lock credit card toggle
To unlock it, follow the same steps
In-app option #2
- Open the Fold app
- Tap Credit
- Tap View card details on the card image
- Tap the Lock button
To unlock it, follow the same steps (button will say Unlock)
Option #3
Call 1-866-FOLDAPP
You can also do this to request your card be unlocked
