If you need a replacement credit card, please follow these steps:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap the menu hamburger in the top left corner
- Scroll down to the Credit heading
- Tap Replace card
- Select the reason you need to replace your card
- Follow the on-screen prompts
How long will it take to receive my new credit card?
Once your replacement card has been ordered, your new Fold Bitcoin Credit Card should arrive within 4-6 business days. When your new card arrives, you'll need to activate it using the Fold app.
Is there a fee for replacement credit cards?
The first two replacement credit cards requested in a rolling 12-month period are free. Subsequent replacement cards are $20 per card thereafter.
Please keep in mind that, for your security, the card details will be updated (your account settings and transaction history will remain unchanged).
