What if my gift card does not work, or is not accepted?

Please contact support@foldapp.com with the following information:

  • The brand of gift card
  • The value of the gift card
  • The date the gift card was purchased
  • The reason the gift card reportedly did not work or was not accepted
  • If you are trying to redeem the gift card online, please include a screenshot of the error you are seeing
