Thank you for purchasing a gift card through Fold! To redeem your gift card, please follow these steps:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap the gift card tab at the far right of the bottom nav bar
- Tap "Gift cards" at the top of the screen
- Tap on the gift card
From there, there are 3 ways to redeem a gift card:
- Copy and paste the gift card number and PIN, if applicable
- If redeeming in-store and the gift card has a barcode, have the cashier scan the barcode. If you're redeeming in-store, and the gift card does not have a barcode, provide the cashier with the numbers required for redemption
- Some gift cards do not have a number and PIN nor barcode, and have a Redeem button instead.
