To dispute a recent Fold Card transaction, we recommend immediately contacting the merchant shown in your Transactions history. This is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
You can also follow the below instructions to initiate a dispute of the transaction with us here at Fold:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap Cash
- Scroll down to Transactions
- You may need to tap See all transactions
- And select each transaction you need to dispute
- At the bottom of each, you should see the option to Report an issue: Simply click that hyperlink, and fill out the dispute form
You can also submit your claim by calling our toll-free phone number 1-866-FOLDAPP (1-866-365-3277); you can select the option for support and will be prompted to leave a voicemail.
Our support team will follow up with the next steps within 24-48 hours.
