Address
To update your address, follow these steps:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap the Menu hamburger in the top left corner
- Tap where you see your name and Account and membership at the top of the screen
- Tap where you see your current address
- You can update your address information on the next screen accordingly
- Tap the Edit address button
Please note: your new address can't be a P.O. BOX, as those aren't permitted. But, if you ever need a replacement card mailed to a P.O. Box, we can do so upon request, just email support@foldapp.com.
If these instructions do not match the options visible in your current version of the Fold app, please follow our standard troubleshooting steps to ensure you are getting the most up-to-date experience in the app!
Phone number
To update your phone number, please email support@foldapp.com. We will need to verify your identity before updating this piece of information, in the interest of protecting the funds in your account.
*Please note that Fold and our partners do not accept VoIP phone numbers
Email address/username
To update your email address, which is also your Fold username, please email support@foldapp.com. We will need to verify your identity before updating this piece of information, in the interest of protecting the funds in your account.
Legal name
To update your legal name on your Fold account, please email support@foldapp.com. Documentation of your legal name, if it has been changed, will be required before we can update this piece of information.
