A virtual Fold Prepaid Debit Card may be made available to you in your Fold account if you previously had a physical Fold Prepaid Debit Card and are waiting for a replacement card to arrive in the mail.
If you have recently requested your very first Fold Prepaid Debit Card, a virtual card will not be issued to your account at this time.
To view your card details
To view your virtual Fold Prepaid Debit Card details, please follow these steps:
- Open the Fold app
- Tap Cash
- On the image of the Fold card, in the bottom left corner, tap View card details
Virtual cards expire after 2 months
Virtual Fold Prepaid Debit Cards have a 2-month expiration date and will be replaced when you activate your new physical card.
